PWM problems with my analog locomotives
2nd thread attempt again in English.
Hello Moba friends,
I have a new project:
"Analog + digital locomotives can be controlled via Dinamo and Itrain"
But the problem has now arisen with the analog locomotives. The locomotive motors of the analog H0 locomotives shrill or whistle or beep at the beginning when I apply voltage to the track and let the locomotives slowly move off. This shrilling or whistling or beeping remains audible until the locomotive has reached a faster speed. Slow driving is not possible because of these noises because you can't have it on your ears in the long run.
I have already increased and tested the PWM value setting from 2 to 4, 8, 16 and 32 using the Dinamo program "DinamoConfig". The shrilling or whistling or beeping remains. The locomotive engines also don't sound very good; based on the noise, you could think that the engines would give up the ghost at any moment and would then be broken. However, if I drive on a test circuit with a normal DC transformer, all locomotives run super smoothly, quietly and completely cleanly, without any unbearable PWM noises.
What do I have to do to ensure that the locomotives or locomotive engines run cleanly, quietly and noise-free under Dinamo?
greeting
Kersten
